We will investigate any legitimate complaints (i.e. examiner did not take sufficient time to perform a good test, examiner did not conduct a pre-exam interview, examiner did not explain the results adequately, etc.). Please do not submit a complaint if you are unhappy with the results because they did not match your original assumptions. That is not a legitimate complaint.
